Quality Guarantee

All Vorlumenllzorul arrangements are crafted with fresh, high-quality flowers. If your arrangement arrives damaged or with quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the arrangement, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be provided in the following circumstances:

• Flowers arrive visibly wilted or damaged
• Incorrect arrangement delivered
• Delivery not completed as scheduled (verification required)
• Arrangement significantly different from ordered design

Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the nature of our products, refunds cannot be provided for:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Minor variations in color or bloom due to natural flower characteristics
• Substitutions made due to flower availability (we substitute with equal or higher value)
• Delivery delays caused by recipient unavailability
• Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled with a full refund if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial refund, as flowers may have already been sourced and prepared.

Resolution Process

To request a refund or report an issue:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
• Include clear photos showing the concern
• Our team will review and respond within 1 business day

Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution, typically 5-10 business days.

Exchange Options

In lieu of a refund, we may offer to replace your arrangement at no additional cost. This option is often preferred as it allows us to quickly provide you with a beautiful new arrangement.

Event Orders

For wedding and event floristry, specific terms are outlined in your event contract. Please refer to your signed agreement for cancellation and refund policies applicable to event orders.
